Salutations.
I'm Smeagol630, an extreme Aubrey-Maturin fan, along with my hobby of being an amateur historian. I would indefinately consider myself well aquanted and educated in the subject of sailing and naval history.
I will try to correct and add only things to do with real Napoleonic history and the physics involved with of sailing a tallship.
My favorite character is indeed the educated Dr. Maturin. I do speak a bit of Latin.
